Our main goal is to not only provide quality photos but to provide spots teams, leagues and booster clubs with a hassle free way of fundraising. We never charge the organization for our services and always give back 10% of sales.

Once you've decided to use us for your organizations photography we'll have an initial meeting to set dates and iron out final details. For teams and leagues with less than 25 kids - all parents will be required to pre-pay for our base package of $20. This grantees that our minimum expenses will be covered.
At least 1 week before the shoot day we will need an excel roster with the names of all players and coaches to be photographed. Circulate the pre-pay link to all parents if pre-pay is required.
On picture day each player will get an access card with a link and password to sign up to be notified when their photos are ready.
Typically images are ready 1-2 weeks after picture day. This can take up to 3 weeks in peak season. Once photos are ready all parents that have signed up will receive an email notification that photos are ready to view and purchase. Print orders can either be sent to coaches to pass out to players or parents can pay for direct shipping to their home address. At the end of the season we add up all image sales and give 10% back to the organization as a donation.
